I was talking about one of my latest investment ideas (a chain of cafes) at a holiday get-together, and my friend told me if he could invest in anything, he thought the future would be in biodiesel.

I hadn’t heard of it. And it seemed crazy.

So I figured– to come up with this idea, he’s got to be either absolutely brilliant or a raving lunatic. Which is it?

I decided to start researching biodiesel.

That was about a year ago.
